In this class at Blue Sky Yoga, you'll be learning about herbs, flowers, spices, and tea blends! You'll recieve a free 4 oz jar to create your very own Sacral chakra tea from a selection of herbs they will be discussing & providing in class! There will also be refreshments provided.
