Overview
At Blue Sky Yoga, their community is diverse, and the atmosphere is one that encourages you to show up, do what you can, do what feels right in your body. You can practice moving and breathing mindfully, as they teach the classes. They offer sound bath, yoga, pilates and flow classes.
Be sure to also check out their Salsa Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8pm for a unique fitness experience. It's the perfect activity to learn a new skill or just have a fun night out with your friends!
