Homecoming is one of our very favorite weekends here in Louisiana's College Town.

It’s a special time of year when students, alumni, locals, and fans from all over come together to watch the Bulldogs take the field. This year, you can enjoy an extra special experience in Ruston as we bring Homecoming activities and Halloween celebrations together. While you’re in Ruston for the game, we want you to make the most out of your trip by adding in flavorful meals, memorable events, Halloween specials, and cultural experiences.

Pre-Homecoming Activities

Fri Oct. 24: Wine Walk – 6:00p.m. in Downtown Ruston
Mon Oct. 27- Sat Nov. 1 – Downtown Deals and Culinary Specials
Tues Oct. 28: Step Show – 7:00p.m. at the Thomas Assembly Center

THURSDAY, OCT. 30

12:30 p.m. – Alumni Awards Luncheon – Davison Athletics Complex
6:00 p.m. – Homecoming Parade – Route TBD
6:30 p.m. – Pep Rally – Thomas Assembly Center steps, immediately following parade
7:00 p.m. – Homecoming Fireworks – Argent Pavilion & Parking Lot, immediately following pep rally
7:00 p.m. – Tech R Treat & Tech Madness – Argent Pavilion & Parking Lot

Game Day - Friday, Oct. 31

Homecoming game day is always a really busy one. We've included gameday highlights below:

10:00a.m. – Golden Society Breakfast – Davison Athletics Complex
2:00p.m. – LA Tech Women's Volleyball Senior Game – Thomas Assembly Center
3:00p.m. – Tailgating – Argent Pavilion & Parking Lot
4:45p.m. – Walk of Pride – The JOE Stadium
5:00p.m. – Tech Trolley Shuttle – View map below for locations

This free shuttle service runs continuously beginning 2 hours prior to kickoff and runs until 1 hour after the game ends. Pickup: Railroad Park or W. Mississippi @Everett, Dropoff: South side of Joe Aillet Stadium

7:00p.m. – Bulldog Football VS Sam Houston State – Stadium

Gameday Hacks

Avoid the parking hassle! Take the free Tech Trolley to and from Downtown and the JOE.
Head to Fanbase, Downtown Patton's, or Chessy's for your Gameday gear.
Grab your tailgate cups and Tech themed items from Lauren Roebuck Designs, Park Haus, Fishy Stitches, or The Collective.
Bring clear bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or small clutches that are no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
