Join the Ruston Farmers Market for this Intro to Sourdough class at the Drew Jones Teaching Kitchen, led by RFM vendor Jadee’s Sourdough! In this beginner-friendly class, Jadee will walk participants through the fundamentals of sourdough baking, including how to care for and maintain a starter, mix dough, and understand the fermentation process. She’ll also share helpful tips and simple techniques to make sourdough baking approachable at home. Participants will leave with new knowledge, practical tips, and the confidence to begin their own sourdough journey!
